1 . ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.1 The conditions provided in the introduction are an integral and essential part of this contract.
1.2 All contracts are concluded directly through access by the consumer customer to the Internet site corresponding to the address www.gennaroregina.com, where, the customer can, in fact, conclude the contract for the purchase of the desired product by carefully following the directions and procedures provided.
1.3 These general conditions of sale must be examined “on-line” by the customer, before the completion of the purchase procedure. The submission of the order confirmation implies full knowledge of them and their full acceptance.

2. SALE PRICES AND TERMS OF PURCHASE
2.1 All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated within the website www.gennaroregina.com are inclusive of VAT and any other tax.
2.2 The total cost of shipping up to the customer's domicile is borne by the customer. This cost will in any case be made known to the customer before confirmation of the purchase.
2.3 The purchase contract is finalized by the exact completion and consent to the purchase manifested by “on-line” membership.

2.5 The company Voyage Pittoresque srl, will deliver to customers, at the address indicated by the customer, the products selected and ordered, in the manner provided in the preceding article, by express courier service..

3. MODE AND TIME OF DELIVERY
3.1 SHIPPING COST: At a cost of 20 euros for orders under 200 euros.
3.2 DELIVERY TIME: delivery is expected within 2 working days after verification of payment.
3.3 RECEIPT OF GOODS: Upon delivery of your order, please verify: -that the number of packages (parcels) indicated on the letter of the carrier corresponds to that delivered; -that the package is intact and undamaged; any damage must be reported immediately to the courier who makes the delivery and reported by e-mail to Voyage Pittoresque srl -Once you open the package check carefully that the material shipped conforms to the order.

5. LIABILITY
5.1 The company Voyage Pittoresque srl assumes no liability for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that would prevent, in whole or in part, to execute the contract of sale in the agreed time.
5.2 The company Voyage Pittoresque srl is not responsible for any fraudulent and illicit use that may be made by third parties, of credit cards when paying for the products purchased. The company Voyage Pittoresque srl, in fact, at no time during the purchase process is able to know the buyer's credit card number which, through a secure connection, is transmitted directly to the manager of the banking service.

6. BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS
6.1 The Buyer is prohibited from entering false, or invented, or fictitious data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and its further communications.
6.2 The Client releases the company Voyage Pittoresque srl from any liability arising from the issuance of erroneous tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Client, the Client being solely responsible for the correct entry of his own personal data.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185 the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid.
7.2 The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 15 working days from the day of receipt of the goods purchased.
7.3 All costs for the return of the products are borne by Voyage Pittoresque srl, directly or by other means, will deliver them to the seller's domicile; all items must be received in the same condition as received, provided with the original packaging; the return of the goods by other means is not allowed.
7.4 To exercise the right of withdrawal the customer must, within 24 hours of receipt of the goods send by e-mail to segreteria@vpfactory.it
7.5 The company Voyage Pittoresque srl, will accept the returned merchandise reserving the right to ascertain that the products have been returned in the original state with the damage previously reported and with the original packaging, in which case it will forward the amount paid by the consumer for the purchase of the products.
