Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1 Pursuant to art. 5 of D. lgs. May 22, 1999, n. 185 the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the goods received and obtaining reimbursement of the price paid.2 The consumer who for whatever reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 15 working days from the day of receipt of the goods purchased.
3 All costs for the return of the products are borne by Voyage Pittoresque srl, directly or by other means, will deliver them to the seller's domicile; all items must be received in the same condition as received, provided with the original packaging; the return of the goods by other means is not allowed.
4 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must, within 24 hours of receipt of the goods send by e-mail to segreteria@vpfactory.it
5 The company Voyage Pittoresque srl, will accept the returned merchandise reserving the right to ascertain that the products have been returned in the original state with the damage previously reported and with the original packaging, in which case it will forward the amount paid by the consumer for the purchase of the products.
