1 . ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.1 The conditions provided in the introduction are an integral and essential part of this contract.

2. SALE PRICES AND TERMS OF PURCHASE

2.2 The total cost of shipping up to the customer's domicile is borne by the customer. This cost will in any case be made known to the customer before confirmation of the purchase.

3. MODE AND TIME OF DELIVERY

3.2 DELIVERY TIMES: Products available for prompt delivery can be shipped within 48 hours after order completion. For products that require production or customization activities such as in the case of limited and numbered series, shipment may be within 4-5 business days after the order is finalized and payment is made.

5. LIABILITY
5.1 The company Voyage Pittoresque srl assumes no liability for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that would prevent, in whole or in part, to execute the contract of sale in the agreed time.
5.2 The company Voyage Pittoresque srl is not responsible for any fraudulent and illicit use that may be made by third parties, of credit cards when paying for the products purchased. The company Voyage Pittoresque srl, in fact, at no time during the purchase process is able to know the buyer's credit card number which, through a secure connection, is transmitted directly to the manager of the banking service.
6. BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS
6.1 The Buyer is prohibited from entering false, or invented, or fictitious data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and its further communications.
6.2 The Client releases the company Voyage Pittoresque srl from any liability arising from the issuance of erroneous tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Client, the Client being solely responsible for the correct entry of his own personal data.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185 the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid.
7.2 The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 15 working days from the day of receipt of the goods purchased.
7.3 All costs for the return of products are the responsibility of the unsatisfied purchaser, directly or by other means, must provide for the delivery of the same at the home of the seller; all items must be received in the same condition as received, provided with the original packaging; for returned goods that do not comply with the same conditions of receipt will not be entitled to any refund;
7.4 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must give notice, within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, including by sending a request by e-mail to info@gennaroregina.com
7.5 The company Voyage Pittoresque srl, will accept the returned goods reserving the right to ascertain that the products have been returned in their original state with the damage previously reported and with the original packaging, in which case it will forward the amount paid by the consumer for the purchase of the products.

We use the “Google+ Sign In” feature offered by Google.
If you want to use this feature you will first be re-sent to Google. After that you will be asked to sign in with your username and password. Of course, we do not learn about your registration information. If you are already logged into Google, the system will skip this step.
Below Google informs you about the data that will be transmitted to us (email address; age group, language, generic information about your profile and contact list of your circle of friends). You confirm the data transmission with the “I agree” button. You can also indicate whether and with which circles you intend to share your registration to our sites. With the transmitted data we will create a customer account, but of course we will not save the contact list of your circles. After all, there will be no permanent connection between your customer account and your Google account.
