Shipping information 

The processing days indicated in the product sheets are indicative, but in no case considered imperative. However, it will be the responsibility of the Supplier Company to fulfill orders as soon as possible, consistent with the time required to manufacture the products or perform the services purchased. The Company will not be responsible for any delays on the part of national couriers, attributable to external causes or force majeure. In this regard, the Customer declares that he/she has been informed that the time frame for processing an order varies depending on the type of processing and the quantity requested.

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from receipt of the order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will be notified.

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at check-out.

Local delivery

We offer local delivery for 15€ within Naples city.

We deliver to your door on the following days: Mon-Fri. We will contact you via text message at the phone number you provided at check-out to let you know the day of delivery.

In-store pickup

You can avoid shipping costs with free local pickup at Via Vittoria Colonna 15 A/B/C - 80121 - NAPLES

After you place your order and select local pickup at check-out, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 24-48 hours. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with instructions.

Our in-store pick-up hours are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. When you come to pick up your order, be sure to have the confirmation email with you.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Vatican City, South Korea, Denmark,United Arab Emirates, Finland,France, Germany, Japan, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom,Czech Republic, Singapore, Spain, United States, Sweden, Switzerland.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied when the shipment reaches the destination country. Regina Art & Curiosity is not responsible for these additional charges, which are instead your responsibility as the customer.

How can I check the status of an order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number that can be used to check its status. The tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you do not receive your order within X days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@gennaroregina.com with your name and order number and we will make the necessary checks.

 

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery in case of items without specifying the reason by refunding the full amount of the order, minus the return shipping costs.

The customer is required to verify that the package is undamaged, not damaged or wet. Only after such verification should the Customer accept the delivery. Once the delivery has been accepted, if the contents inside the package are found to be damaged, the Customer will have 24 hours from the date of delivery to contact the seller and request an insurance refund by sending photographs in which the damage is clearly framed.
